1. Products & License
HouTech sells self-contained practice exam files for IT certification study. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased exam for your own study. Each download is watermarked with your purchase details. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your purchased files. Practice questions are educational materials written from published exam objectives and are not official exam content.
2. Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. Purchases are one-time; there is no subscription or recurring charge unless clearly stated.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email us within 14 days at support@houtech.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description: By opting in through our website, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from HouTech at the mobile number you provide, including exam updates, new content releases, and order & support notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
